Ceiling & gutters

The gutters add a real "finished" look to the exterior and the tongue & groove ceiling is going up nicely. It is very similar to the old Manhattan Ave. ceiling but has a nicer finish. It will remind us of the old even as we enjoy the new. Almost all the sheetrock is up and some is much is mudded as well.

Parapets capped

At long last the metal caps for the parapet walls are in place. The front was done late last week. Below you can see work on the rear. Also note that some of the AC units are in place. They are all on the west side so you typically won't see them except for in the west hallway.

Busy, busy, busy

There's lots going on today. The round windows are being installed and as you see from the picture below there's lots of interior work as well. They'll begin staining the boards for the tongue-and-groove ceiling on Saturday.
