...we're not building a barn. The metal panels on the rear of the building will be covered with EIFS (synthetic stucco). The parapet walls (bottom photo and earlier posts) are a precursor to roofing. The lower section will be roofed first. This ensures a good moisture barrier, proper roof drainage.
